• How do we get started?
Simple! Send me an email. Let me know what you are interested in, and we can go from there. If I am currently out of the office, you will receive my out of office message and I will respond as quickly as possible.

• I want my blog redesigned. I have no idea where to start. 
No problem. Send me an email, and let me know you're interested. We can discuss ideas. I love to see examples of other blogs you like, so I have an idea of what your vision is.

• What if I don't love what you come up with? 
That's ok. Each design project comes with 3 rounds of revisions. For marketing and writing projects, I bill at an hourly rate, so we will work until you are happy. 

• When can we get started?
Once you hire me for your project, I will let you know where you are on my waitlist. When I am ready to start your project, I will send you an invoice. You will have 7 days to pay the invoice, once payment is received I will start your project. If you are a business, please contact me and we will discuss terms on an individual basis.

• How long is your waitlist?
It depends. If you really need something rushed, I can work with you. I don't believe in missing deadlines. Please understand that I do work full-time. I will always communicate with you about my current waitlist.

• How will I proof my new design?
When I have completed your design I will send you the link to a "test blog" where you can proof it. If you have changes I will make them and resend a proof. If not, I will create any other items you have ordered (signature, sidebar titles, etc.) and then install the new design on your blog.

• How will you load my new blog design into my blog?
Once your designs are approved, you will need to supply me your Blogger account login information. I will load everything in and make sure it is in working order. You can obviously change your password during the time when I must access your account, but I will clearly communicate to you when this will occur in the process. You will also need to set up a Photobucket account and provide me that information. Should you want custom fonts loaded for titles, I will create a webs.com account for you.

• Do your web graphics work with any browser?
Blue Lux ensures at the time of installation all designs will be compatible with Internet Explorer 7 & 8, and the most current versions of Mozilla Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. Blue Lux cannot guarantee the design will be compatible with AOL or Internet Explorer 6 and below.

• Does your print design include printing?
At this time I do not offer print services. I do have a list of recommended vendors for print projects, which I will be happy to share with you.

•  What about Tshirts, do you print those?
No, I do not print Tshirts. I do, however, have an awesome Tshirt guy I will refer you to. I worked with him at my former job and he did many small and large runs for us, and I definitely recommend his work. He also prints promotional products, so if you are in need of koozies or other fun things for a shower or wedding, we can help you with those items too!

• What forms of payment do you accept?
I only accept Paypal at this time. If you are a business, please contact me and we will discuss terms on an individual basis.

• Blue Lux? Where did you come up with that?
My favorite color is blue. As a child (and well into my teens) my Crayola crayon of choice was cerulean, and it was always the most worn crayon of the box. I went on to college at Alabama and pledged Pi Beta Phi -- our colors were wine and silver blue. The Pi Phi crest has the Latin word LUX, meaning "light," in its center, which I always found to be interesting. When thinking of a company name, I knew I wanted it to be different, something out of the ordinary and all-encompassing of the services I offer. The idea of Blue Lux popped in my mind while driving one day. I went home and Googled it, and found there was no company using the name, and the closest product is a light bulb. It just seemed fitting.

• You haven't answered my question.
